Description
This steel sleeve is used for repairing the egged out hole that the 7/16″ or 3/8″ seed boot bolt has caused by normal wear. Some farmers still prefer to use this method over the newer boot stabilizers that we also carry. To install these, you need a 5/8″ bit and special guide to drill out the damaged holes. We make these sleeves ourselves for 90, 95, 60, and 50 series drills. For those that have sleeves already in their drill but want to move to a boot stabilizer, we make boot ear bushings that you insert that will allow you to use a stabilizer.
