This is a ProSeries kit that is machined in the same specs as the 90 series OEM spec kits we offer. It was brought to our attention that the thinner greaseless bushings on John Deere’s ProSeries kits are quite thin and that some farmers are interested in keeping the thicker greaseless bushing found in the original 90 series opener. Therefore, we created these kits just for that. The only difference between the pins of the ProSeries opener and the 90 series opener is the length, ID, and OD. You can see the difference of the ProSeries and 90 series pins in the gallery. We simply just machine these pins to the proper length to fit in the housing but keep the 90 series outer diameter, thus you are able to use the same greaseless bushing and seal as the 90 series.
